Proposed Rule Changes for the 2027 Racing Season
The Maritime Provinces Harness Racing Commission (MPHRC) is now accepting proposed rule changes for consideration for the 2027 racing season. The Commission encourages all industry participants and stakeholders to provide input by submitting proposed amendments to existing MPHRC Rules of Racing or suggestions for new rules.
