Appeal Proceedings
The Maritime Provinces Harness Racing Commission (MPHRC) publishes upcoming appeal hearings to promote transparency and provide stakeholders with clear, timely information about matters under review.
Appeals are heard by an Appeal Panel of Commissioners in accordance with the Rules of Racing. The Appeal Panel may uphold, rescind, or modify the decision under appeal.
