Following the previous notice regarding the proposed implementation of the 5 and 5% automatic allocation policy, and after considering concerns raised by stakeholders and partners within the industry, the Maritime Provinces Harness Racing Commission has decided to terminate the proposed 5 and 5% implementation.

The Commission would like to thank all individuals and organizations who took the time to provide feedback and communicate their concerns on this matter. Your input is valued and plays an important role in the Commission’s decision-making process.
