The Maritime Provinces Harness Racing Commission (MPHRC) is inviting industry participants to submit suggestions for proposed rule changes.

All submissions received will be presented to and reviewed by the Rules Committee for consideration as potential amendments to the MPHRC Rules of Racing. Please note that while all suggestions will be reviewed, they may or may not be adopted by the Commission.

Submission Deadline
All feedback must be received by December 10, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (Atlantic).
